In a country education is very important to build an advanced nation. It is the duty of the State to provide cheap, affordable and even free education in Indonesia according to the mandate of the 1945 constitution. However, not all communities and countries are able to access and realize good and affordable education in Indonesia. At present the state has not been fully able to finance the education of citizens so that there are still levies in schools. And the people also do not understand what the means of free education, and this causes misunderstanding between the government and the community.
