Peak performance in teacher development

In development of teaching and learning, there must be difficult or struggling with that . When many people has got a job they have to be professional as they can because it can prove their passion or hard working in that job. For example, teacher is one of profession which has to convey what they have had, in Longman dictionary teacher is the person who teaches.[1]  Therefore while we are being teacher we have to be professional as we can. One of the way to develop our teaching and learning is being peak peak performance. Peak performance is when you do something with your best that you can do in that it means when we are being teacher we have to give the material to student in easier ways for making them to understand what we have taught or we have to teacher the best we can for example when we got trouble to face students, we do not have to reminded them or be angry with them we have to why the students do that and we have to know what the factors the students had done it. Meanwhile, there are many step to be peak performance. According to (Convey,1990, and other) consider the following five maxims (among many) of peak performers that you might apply to your self, even at this stage in your career:[2] believe in yourself, set realistic goals, set priorities, take risks and reduce and manage stress factors.
The first thing that can develop your teaching is believe in your self. As we have known that teaching is not easy profession which mean you have to be professional in many place or time, it requires deep dedication for many kind of thing,  a willingness  to work long hour either in the school or in the home. But in many new teacher doe not has been sense of believing their self because they always focused to look the old teacher or the teacher had got many experience or they feel too many standards to be a teacher. When the new teacher has felt that they have to believe their self to teach student when we teach student we have to believe our self to convey the material to them as best we can.
The second thing that can help you to develop your teaching is set realistic goals. When the people can uses peak performance in their life that they can know their limitations and their strengths then we have to set our goals. If you do not have any goals in your life it will make you be on direction to do anything so we have to have goal for reach what that you want. According to Doughlas Brown and Heekyeon Lee (2015) Guidelines for setting professional goals: read x number of teacher resource book this year, design the next test to be more authentic, biased for best with maximum washback, observe five other teachers this semester, monitor my error treatments in the classroom, attend to professional conferences/workshops this year. [3]
The third thing can make you be peak performance in your teaching set priorities, many people has been crucial to have a sense of most important in this life specially in your goals. So you have to divide that most important (higher priorities) for you  or not so you can choose the better effect for you. In order to you can minimize the time that you can use in another low priorities.
The fourth thing can help you to develop your teaching is take risk. Take risk it means you can be improving by using new thing such as you can do a research (classroom action research) in order to find new solutions for solving the problem in the class so that can make you are being innovative and creative with a new thing that you can deliver in your class.
The fifth thing that can make you to develop your teaching is reduce and manage stress factor. Many job actually has potential makes you stress or depression. Perhaps in teacher profession got stress condition such as long hours, large classes low pay pressure to perform in the class, high student expectation. According to Doughlas Brown and Heekyeong Lee (2015) here are few guidelines for stress management : set priorities, know your limitation, learn how to say no  when yo can and do not take too much, balance your personal and professional time, open emotionally with a few people close to you (do not bottle up feeling of frustrations, anger and sadness, nurture fulfilling personal relationship with friends or family.[4] So that the way to make us be managing our stress factor when we can set priorities automatically we can manage thing that we think important or useless. When we know our limitation we can stop if it is not suitable with us we do no have take many thing job as you can because that can make you another high priorities are being delayed. And when you can balance your job and your personal time it can help you to decrease your stress factor.
In the conclusion, many profession has to do the best as you can do such as teacher have to convey the material well to make the students understand well. In the teacher profession the teachers have to have peak performance in order to the teacher can be a professional teacher with their passion and their capability.
