The teaching learning process should be conducted in well and conducive atmosphere. The students in the class feel at home in taking part, every of them should support good learning. Nevertheles, the class can be bad condition while the students feel depresed. One of the triggerer is bullying that is done by among them consciously or unconsiously. Their intention is for cheerfulness, but it can be exaggerating so that this condition creates the problem in their learning in the class. Bullying itself is seen as a subset of agressive behaviour ( olweus, 1999), that is expressed in a open, direct way. For those who feel stress because of bullying, it will give bad effect for them ending with suicide.
Many bullies also have a very unhappy home life, and then bully for a number of different reasons. This home life could be the cause of a lack of self-esteem, especially if they are abused by their parents, or they could be bullying for other reasons. It could just be that they have never been taught how to behave correctly because they have never had any positive role models, or their parents are nasty to them so they just think that it is completely normal. In other cases, people start bullying because they are acting out and trying to get attention. This is often the case with children and young people who feel ignored by their families and want to get their attention in any way possible. students who have a tendency to bullying generally have the following characteristics: dominating other children, like to use other children to get what they want, it is difficult to see the situation from the point of view of another child (coloroso, 2004).
The effect of students who are often bullied will feel embarrassed, not self-enriched, depressed, anxious, feel insecure about what they are doing because they are afraid of being wrong, so victims feel pressured with the perpetrator. find stronger relationships with measures of depression, anxiety, unhappiness, loneliness or self-esteem. In general, victims report an increase in psychological pressure. (Seixas et al. 2013).
Bullying is a complicated problem in the lives of school children. This is a problem that affects all students, both victims of intimidation and those who attend interpersonal victims. bullying can involve many verbal parts, physical attacks, threats, jokes or language, and criticism. bully can inhibit student learning because victims will always be disturbed by bullying. All of these factors affect one by one, or collectively, and contribute to child bullying. Meanwhile (Alison 2016) states that bullying is considered a global problem that affects emotional, social and physical well-being of school-age children throughout the world.

The home life could be the cause of a lack of self-esteem, especially while they are abused by their parents for doing mistake or carelessness. That is one of the reason commonly happening in their family. Consequently, it gives imprint in their mindset and behavior at school. The bad impact is that they do the same act and behavior at school. They have the tendency to bully, such as dominating their friends, like to use others to get what they want. It means that what the learners do is anything deviating cannot be viewed from one point of view only (Coloroso, 2004). The source of bully behavior emerging can be from the home life that is healthy in interaction, communication, and interrelationship between parents and children.
