The teaching  learning process should be conductive in well and conductive atmospher. The students in the class feel at home in taking part. Every of them should support good learning, nevertheles the class can be bad condition while the students feel depressed one of trigger a bullying that is done by among them consciously and unconsciouslyis for cheerfulness. But it can be exaggerating so that is condition creats the problem in their learning in the class. Bullying itself is seen as a subset of agressive behaviour (olweus:1999) that is expressed in a open direct way for those who feel stress because of bullying, it will gave bad effect for them ending with sucide. 

With a very large effect to the  student's psychology, the teacher must know the symptoms of bullying to the victims, so that they can take in hand with the problem.

The symptoms of bullying are lazy to school, often sick because of being depressed or pretending to be sick, so not to school, grades dropping, often emotions, stress, depression, bruises or cuts on the body, and etc. A student who bullying will be absent in the school, grades dropped, depression. This is consistent with Banks 1993 research, in the Nothwest Regional Educational Laboratory, 2001, as cited in Anesty, 2009). Sanders (2003) bullyng can make students anxious and fright, influence grades in school and can cause students not to be brave to school

There are several reasons for bully triggerers. First, want to be considered the most powerful. In the school student who usually likes threatening and committing physical violence to other students who are timid, low social, or new students. Astuti (2008) perpetrators of bullyng usually aggressive, want to be popular, vindictive, and looking for fault of others. Second, looking for attention in the surrounding environment such as laughing or mocking the victim. This is done so that the perpetrators are happy. Rigby (2003) the elements in bullying such as the desire to hurt, the negative acts, happy by the perpetrator and the feeling of being pressured to the victim. Third, have ever  stress and trauma.   A perpetrator  of bullyng  do it, may have been a victim of violence or bullying before, so the perpetrator vented it to other students. Fourth, the perpetrator's family is broken home. The disharmony of parents makes the perpetrator feel stressed and lack of love from parents. So that triggers the perpetrators to looking for attention to other students with bullyng. Carroll et all. (2009) there are four factors that influence student do bullyng,  such as individuals, families, peer groups and communities.

In addition, bully has a very significant impact on the mental or physical aspects of the victim such as being lazy to eat because of fear and anxiety, physical pain because violence, decreased self-confidence, individualism, decreased grades in school, and depression which can lead to suicide. Soedjatmiko (2013) the impact by the victims of bulling  is psychological disruption, where the victims feel fear, not confident, and uncomfortable.
