The teaching learning process should be conductive in well
and conductive atmospher. The students in the class feel at home in taking
part. Every of them should support good learning, nevertheles the class can be
bad condition while the students feel depressed one of trigger a bullying that
is done by among them consciously and unconsciouslyis for cheerfulness. But it
can be exaggerating so that is condition creats the problem in their learning
in the class. Bullying itself is seen as a subset of agressive behaviour (olweus:1999)
that is expressed in a open direct way for those who feel stress because of
bullying, it will gave bad effect for them ending with sucide.
There are several
reasons for the reason for bullying itself, according to Herlina, there are two
factors that trigger bullying itself, namely internal and external factors.
Internally, at the 2008 Anti-bullying National Workshop, it was revealed that
one of the causes of someone becoming a bullying agent is low self-esteem.
Children who have low self-esteem will feel that they do not mean that they
will try so that they can show that they can be powerful and have self-esteem,
but here the childrens will choose the wrong path such as lowering his
self-esteem or commonly known as bullying behavior. While the most influential
external factors are family, environment and type of spectacle. Children with
bullying behavior usually come from several types of families. First, a family
that really spoils children. Whatever the child's wishes are obeyed, so that
the child feels powerful and can manage others. This is recorded until at
school or socializing the child looks for friends who can be bullied or
exploited. In this case, the child is over-confident or over-confident.
Bullying behavior can also occur in children who lack confidence. This can come
from a family that looks fine, there is no problem, but in reality there are
many emotional needs that are not obtained by the child, such as feelings of
being loved, cared for, and feeling valued. It usually occurs in families that
are not functioning or broken home where children do not pay enough attention.
As a result, children have low self esteem and self confidence, their self
concept is negative. Environmental factors can also influence children to
behave in bullying as children can mimic bad behavior seen from their
environment, either in the home environment (behavior of their parents) or
school environment ( behavior that comes from friends). other stimulants from
outside the child can come from the type of spectacle, for that parents need to
control or supervise the type of spectacle that is good for children whether
it's television, games, movies and so on

can also have an impact in the victims. Bullying itself can cause children to

with the social, emotional and phisicology development of children from mild,

sensitivity, irritability, aggressiveness, being rude to others (for example:

Bullying has a very bad
impact on children's development. As parents and teachers we need to pay
attention to the condition of the child or student, not just giving attention
to the academic course. As parents try to establish communication with children
so that we can understand the situation of the child and on the other hand for
the teacher itself needs to be built on the closeness of students to their friends and observe the behavior and emotional students, in that way we reduce
bullying to children. Actually children need guidance from parents or teachers
so that they understand moral values and at least they will leave deviant
behaviors such as bullying.
