          The teaching-learning process should be conducted in well and conducive atmosphere. The students in the class feel at home in taking part, every of them should support good learning. Nevertheless, the class can be bad condition while the students feel depressed. One of the triggerer is bullying that is done by among them consciously or unconsciously. Their intention is for cheerfulness, but it can be exaggerating so that this condition creates the problem in their learning in the class. Bullying itself is seen as a subset of aggressive behaviour (Olweus, 1999), that is expressed in an open, direct way. For those who feel stress because of bullying, it will give bad effect for them ending with suicide.
          School must be a safe place for teaching and learning process. But, when bullying comes, it will be different. It will cause really bad effect. One of the bad effect to the victim is difficulties in learning process. The report (Plan International, 2008) finds that bullying is common in schools throughout the world and that bullied students often develop concentration problems and learning difficulties. So, if a student bullied, he will not easy to forget it. It will give bad impact to his study.

          Bullying is not good. It is a bad behavior or deviating behavior. It can makes people feel depressed, isolated, and even feel unwanted. Bullying is a very serious social-pathological problem (Polakova, 2018). As a teacher, they have to be aware if they know that their students bullied other students. They have to tell them that what they have done is wrong, before it is way too far. 
          As stated before, bullying affected to the teaching and learning process. Student will difficult to concentrate and receive the material given. He will hard to pay attention because he feel fear of bullying. Research shows that when students are exposed to high levels of bullying, either as a target or as a witness to the behavior, they are more likely to perceive their schools as less safe. So, the one who get bullied will afraid to go to school. Other studies have found that bullying in the form of chronic exclusion impacts children’s classroom participation and causes students to become increasingly disengaged from classroom activities as they progress through school (Buhs, Ladd, & Herald, 2006). That's why bullying is a dangerous thing for students. He will not think that school is safe or even a pleasant place for him anymore.
