The teaching  learning process should be conductive in well and conductive atmospher. The students in the class feel at home in taking part. Every of them should support good learning, nevertheles the class can be bad condition while the students feel depressed one of trigger a bullying that is done by among them consciously and unconsciouslyis for cheerfulness. But it can be exaggerating so that is condition creats the problem in their learning in the class. Bullying itself is seen as a subset of agressive behaviour (olweus:1999) that is expressed in a open direct way for those who feel stress because of bullying, it will gave bad effect for them ending with sucide. 

Symptoms of bullying

Based on these definitions, according to Prasetyo (2011) Bullying occurs because: There is an imbalance of power between Bullying actors and targets (victims). This power imbalance can be in the form of body size, physical strength, intelligence or clever tongue, gender (gender), social status, feeling superior. Some ordinary signs are obvious, for example children who look more moody and lazy to go to school. Values ​​in school are reduced because they cannot concentrate in class and children do not want to do other tasks or assignments. Always looking nervous, anxious, and losing self-confidence. Close yourself from the people around and suddenly distance yourself from things that were previously liked. It is important to pay attention if there are some symptoms above that occur at the same time. There are also many bullying symptoms that are similar to mental health problems such as depression or anxiety disorders.

Reasons for bullying
Usually the trigger for oppression is because the bully wants to show that the powerful and the bully usually lacks the attention of those around him and finally seeks attention by oppression or by other means. People who bully are usually used to become victims of violence at school and at home. And one of the most influential triggers often mimics acts of violence in television. Television programs that do not educate will leave a trace on the minds of viewers. What is the effect of bullying on victims
