Bullying is conducted by some reasons. The first reason of bullying triggered is lack of parents’ attention. Lack of parents’ attention makes their children want to find another attention from the environment around them, especially in school. School is very close environment for all students and almost time they spend in school. It makes students do not have much time with their parents and of course lack of attention too. Some students show their skills and achievement to catch attention from their friends and teachers. They challenge themselves to be the best in school, so people can be proud of them. However, there are some students take different way to get attention like making crowd in the class, disturbing other students, and even bullying. Bullying is fatal action to do. Bullying can be done verbally or non verbally such as violence. The other reason is want to be a dominant. Bullying is done by some students to show dominance and strength. They bully the weak one, so many students feel afraid and step aside from them. They will become center of attention and famous in school.

Bullying effects the victims a lot. The victims get so much pressure and it will affect their mental health. They fell depressed, anxious, and they also think like nobody want them, feel lonely and get away from others. Bullying destroys victims’ confidence to do everything and they are not sure about themselves. As the result, their achievement will low and they will have lack communication with other students. If bullying is done physically, it may affects victims health. For example, there are some students bully the victim by punch him and make him bleeding so hard and give many scars to his body. It makes the victims feel trauma even will not back to school again.

Last, bullying also effects students’ learning development. As explained before, victims of bullying will lose their confidence. They become silent in the class and will not take a part on all activities in school. Unfortunately, they do not have any interest in school anymore. They feel like coming to school is like going to hell. Every lesson that given by teachers can not be caught by them. They can not focus in the classroom because they feel many students intimidate them. Consequently, the victims can not show any good achievement and performances in school.

In sum, bullying is a bad behavior that can disturb teaching and learning process. Many students in school bully the other students to become center of attention and the strongest students. The other triggered is lack of parents’ attention. Bullying can cause depression, anxiety, and mental illnesses for the victims. That is why every element like parents and teachers should pay more attention to the children, so bullying can be avoided.
