The teaching learning process should be conducted in well and conducive atmosphere. The students in the class feel at home in taking part, every of them should support good learning. Nevertheless, the class can be bad condition while the students feel depressed. One of the triggerer is bullying that is done by among them consciously or unconsciously. Their intention is for cheerfulness, but it can be exaggerating so that this condition creates the problem in their learning in the class. Bullying itself is seen as a subset of aggressive behaviour (Olweus, 1999), that is expressed in an open, direct way. For those who feel stress because of bullying, it will give bad effect for them ending with suicide.
Bullying cases can be a major influence on the victims’s live, perpetrator’s live or society. Bullying has been describe as a way for one or more students to continuously expose another students to negative actions (Olweus, 1997). Bullying is very dangerous for everyone who got the impact and everyone who give the action of bullying. Bullying action is not only harm for the victims, but it is also harm for everyone that do it. Bullying itself is the bad condition where the victims and the perpetrator have a bad connection each other.
Bullying cases also some effect for the victims, effects for psychological and also   called the deviating behavior. It can be bad effect for the victims who got bullying cases, bullying can have both short-term or long-terms effects. It is also immediate. Bullying is harmful to both the bully and the victim, and leads to emotional and physical health issues. In the early stages of bullying, the victims may avoid going to school, walking the halls alone or going to the restroom. Outside of the school, the victims may walk down another streets or avoid a particular area to avoid the “bad guys”. This will eventually  become social isolation (Ginsburg, G.S., La Greca, A.M., & W.K., 1998). In this case, the victims avoid the perpetrator because if the victims meet the perpetrator it will be make the victims feel insecure. The victims will be depressed when they meet the perpetrator. Because this cases, they will feel like they are always depressed and they are feel like they are judge.
 In the other effect, the victims also experienced the bad effect of bullying, it is the effect for psychological the victims , Researcher have long demonstrated that being involved as both a perpetrator and victim seems to compound the impact of bullying. With bully, the victims experiencing worse outcomes than either bullies or victims, being at greater risk for anxiety, depression, low self esteem, self harm, suicidal ideation and suicidality, physical injury, substance abuse, negative attitudes toward school, absenteeism, poor perception of school safety, aggression and delinquency (e.g. Berkowitz & Benbenishty, 2012; Copeland, Wolke, Angold & Costello, 2013; Kumpulainen, Rasanen & Puura, 2001; Srabstein & Piazza, 2008). In their trajectory analysis, Haltigan and Vaillancourt (2014) further demostrated that, relative to low involvement students and after controlling for initial psychopatology, stable victims showed elevated levels of depression, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, and anxiety.
 Besides that, because bullying has very much bad effect for the victims and society, bullying considered as the deviating behavior, according to Hoover & Holson (2000), bullying also impact school and communities. They suggested some characteristics of school which promote bullying. The students studying in such school feel a. Unsafe, b. Overt behavior, c. Mistrust, d. Gang formation either formal and informal. They do all these bullying to promote bullying or to protect the group from bullying. Bullying cases is not only give the impact for the victims, it also give thee impact for society.
